Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of managersblueprint.com(the “Site”) and the tools and resources made available through it (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Nosh Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Site provides free interactive tools — including the Management Style Assessment, the 90-Day Launch Guide, and the Manager's Journal — as companions to the book The New Manager's Blueprint by Hazim Macky.

You may use the Site and its tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site for redistribution or commercial use without our written permission.
• Transmit viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site.
• Use the Site to harass, harm, or interfere with other users.

The Site and its tools are designed to support your learning and reflection as a manager. They are based on the frameworks and content in The New Manager's Blueprint. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional coaching, legal, HR, or management consulting advice. Results from the Management Style Assessment are reflective tools, not clinical assessments or performance evaluations. Your use of these tools does not create any professional relationship between you and Nosh Consultancy or Hazim Macky.

We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of applying the frameworks, assessments, or content provided through the Site.

You may use most of the Site without creating an account. An optional account allows you to save your assessment results, launch guide progress, and journal entries across devices.

We use passwordless email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. You agree not to share access to your account with others or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for abuse, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

All content on the Site — including text, designs, tool frameworks, assessment questions, and visual elements — is owned by or licensed to Nosh Consultancy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The New Manager's Blueprintbook and its content are the intellectual property of Hazim Macky and its publisher. The Site presents companion tools inspired by the book's frameworks and does not reproduce the book's full content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

Any content you submit through the Site — including feedback, inquiry messages, or journal entries — remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use anonymised, aggregated insights from usage data to improve the Site and its tools.

We will not publish, sell, or share your personal submissions without your consent. Feedback submitted through the Feedback form may be reviewed internally to guide improvements.

By submitting content, you confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Amazon for book purchase. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute our endorsement of those sites or their content.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. You access them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

We aim to keep the Site available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nosh Consultancy and Hazim Macky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its tools, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or decisions made based on content provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim (or zero, if the Services were provided free of charge).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Nosh Consultancy's place of operation.
